Cancellation Policy:

How do I cancel an order in CRI E-shop?

If your order is eligible for cancellation, a ‘cancel order’ button will be available till the order is dispatched. Click on 'cancel order' button to cancel your order. You will be notified regarding status of your cancellation request via Email. 

Customer should contact their issuer bank if the order cancelled was placed on EMI. Any interest or Closure fees assessed on EMI cancellation will not be borne by C.R.I.

In a rare case if a cancelled order is still shipped or arrives at your doorstep, please do not accept the shipment.

  

Refund Policy:

Post successful cancellation / return of order the refund will be processed into original instrument of payment used while ordering within 10 working days.

 

Return Policy:

The product purchased through shop.cripumps.com can be returned only in case of damaged product received or the product delivered not as per the order or based on the modified selection of product by authorized dealer subject to the following conditions:

  1. Initiate a request within 48 hours of delivery to our customer care 1800 121 1243 detailing the issues, order number and serial number of the product.
  2. Please don’t install the product if found any external damage / defect / wrong product received. If installed, the claim will not qualify for the return.
  3. The return claim will be approved within 7 working days after verifying the authenticity.
  4. Once the return claim is approved, kindly keep the product ready with all accessories in the original packing box along with the warranty card and manual book which is placed originally inside the packing.
  5. CRI authorized dealer representative will collect the product and verify before providing you the new one.
  6. In case of any defects or complaints after installing the product, kindly contact our customer care 1800 121 1243 to register the complaint. Once the complaint raised, the authorized service representative will be assigned to your case and will further assist you with product repairs as per the warranty terms.
